  As described. Had to get in touch with seller after item did not ship out when was specified in sales description. When asked seller about shipping I was told shipped out the day before. Later that same day got update from USPS that package was received 3 hours after I spoke with seller about shipping. That tells me that item didn't ship when was stated. Only a shipping label had been created. Took 10 days to receive. Hopefully no problems with programming now. Other than that great item.

  These guys are the BEST!! I sent them my EIS, which was not operational. I asked him what they were going do to the EIS. He said send it to me and I will let you know. He called me later and said the EIS was PERFECT. it just wasn't getting power. He charged me NOTHING! Just $10 for shipping it back to me. I am super happy with them.

  I have never ever had a better experience with any other buyer. this guy is great he got my part and shipped it the same day. I installed it and it worked. He even gave me 2 extra keys at no charge, I told him he can charge me and I would pay for it but he never charged me. Highly recommend this guy could not say enough. thank you for all your help.
