When it arrived, the band proved to be too small I was angry and filed a complaint but the seller made me aware of the accurate ad description. The misunderstanding was entirely my fault and the vendor graciously agreed to allow the watch s return and refund. She handled the matter professionally. I would not hesitate to order from her EBay website.
