Not what I was expecting.

I installed this processor (i5-3570) on ASUS motherboard (P8Z68-V LX) includes latest bios (4105), but processor runs at 1.60GHz speed.
Why?
What went wrong here?
The stated Base Frequency is 3.40GHz.
The stated Turbo Frequency is 3.80GHz.
Does the motherboard fully supports this processor, it is stated on ASUS website that it do support this processor from bios version 3904.
My computer is slow but very stable.
That is the only good part------stable.
