A book for garlic lovers!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Great book. I have bought one for myself and two as gifts. If you love garlic, this is for you. Be sure to try the Bagna Calda and the garlic croutons. Yum!! You will also learn a thing or 3 about garlic as side notes.
Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because they have a couple of recipes that few people would be willing to make, such as rabbit. Eww.

Sharpest knife in the block.
Very sharp knife! I have already bought 3. One for me and two as gifts. It's lightweight and has a very safe handle that does not slip. Great everyday knife!
