Very Good Overall
I like the ball end and I like the fact that they are clearly marked. The only thing that could be improved is the holder that holds the allen keys together. Some of the wrenches can easily just slip right out as it does not grip all of them well. I think the compound could be of a softer rubber type material instead of the harder plastic that it's made out of.

Great New Family Member
I work on swimming pools and I upgraded from my decades old 12 V DeWalt drill only that would not die (except for the Nicad batteries which are getting harder to find). This thing is superior in every way. It's smaller, MUCH more powerful, and has better features. A while back I purchased a DeWalt 20 V rotary hammer for chipping concrete and drilling larger holes in concrete but for its size, this drill is a work of mechanical art frankly. I'm loving this 20V/60V family I've become a member of. My new family has my back on the job where my human one cannot be found.
