A Good Deal!
I haven't replaced my seal and pad yet. I had problems that I attributed to the Kreepy Krauly but were actually a leaf-plug in the impeller intake. I replaced the worn seal with a star seal that came with the unit, but the pleated seal is larger and covers more area so I prefer it. This set saved me some money over buying both parts separately.

Just What I Was Looking For
Mounted 2 on the uprights of a pine wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling bookcase. Probably not going to burn the tapers, but it adds to a rustic charm.
