Qashqai 59 plate blower heater motor
This product is a cheap simple item made unnecessarily expensive by car manufacturers, new it came up at between £500 and £900, so paying £70 delivered for a quality used item is fantastic though why a simple 12v motor costs more than a £10 is a mystery, that said Qashqai's don't feature in scrap yards so getting spares isn't easy, and paying Nissan new parts prices is well ridiculous to say the least, especially to fix what is at best a mediocre heating matrix in its prime, thankfully even though availability is scarce, scrappers are at least not doing a dealer and taking advantage of the monopoly! This part can be replaced in 30m with a single Philips screwdriver, 7 screws, glovebox, end panel, and heat pipe, unclipping passenger airbag switch and glovebox light, suggest torch as motor is up back and to the right, can see it but you need to stick your head into the gap where the glovebox was.
Note it's worth removing the old one and verifying type etc, as this appears to be for only a narrow range of Qashqai cars
