I did apologize and immediately sent a refund of $10, a little more than half of the purchase price. Not even a Thanks or acknowledgement that I did try to make it right. Some people just can’t be made happy.

“Barely Used”
Received the bottle about 3/4 full. Picture was deceiving and made it look more full than it actually is.

First of all, the edition marketed and the edition I actually received are completely different. Second, the book is written in. They highlighted and circled answers. Never included that in then original listing. Very disappointed.
