this volume 5 of 30 volumes is great to learn who we are through in depth biographies and factual stories of colonial Quebec life. I have a great many ancestors in these volumes and have this set in my library. They have taught me much and I thank Gerard Lebel, Jean Jacques Saintonge and Thomas Laforest for the fantastic work they have done.
