In this case, all four items had no visible signes of damage. I didn't change my mind - I actually paid more to buy from another seller (and I don't appreciate the seller's condescending implications). Seller resold items with a revised listing clearly stating the damage, hence why there were "no issues". This should have been done the first time.I don't understand why the seller simply can't own up to their mistake. I think that reveals more about their character than what I can leave in writing.

Item arrived (slow shipping) in the original box but was opened with broken seal, dirty with the items tossed in the box (cord not wrapped, film sideways on pad with dirt on top and bottom of the pad and film missing over charging port). This item was NOT NEW and should have been listed as OPEN BOX if returned or USED. It better work correctly. Too much hassle to return but disappointed it was falsely advertised in the listing.
