Negative!!
The concept and design --excellent-- The manufacture very bad! Parts were not manufactured accurately to the point that the lamp could not be easily assembled. Threaded sections could not be tot function properly. Finally assembled the lamp stand was not straight! The "bend" could not be taken out after numerous attempt sat reassembling the parts.
