Problems with my computer that have since been fixed

I have not opened the package as I had computer problems with Windows10. As a result, I took my computer to someone to fix my problem. They had to take my computer back to Windows 7 and it is working fine now. Thus I have not opened the package and would like to return it. I have the original box with the unopened windows 10 for seniors. Can I still return this item?
