Just a great book...learn just what Jesus says, teach us, and uplifting this book is. You will be amaze just how much the love of the of Lord you will feel and understand....you won't be sorry getting this book....and you will be over joyed to give and share with your family... The Gradual Vegetarian
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich My husband's health is going down hill. So, we are thinking hard about becoming Vegetarians. But, when you are sick, it's easy to say we will change our eating habit. And, after a few days you go back to the same eating habits.
Well, this time I think we will make it. Because just like the title says "The Gradual Vegetarian"..the first 168 pages tells of Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3...and you can pick which one you can do.
Stage 1 really simple and will get advantage of this diet. Still can have Chicken and Fish..so it's not like not having some meat.....You do what you can and feel comfortable doing...
What I also like about the book, has info of what food to buy and even give better or best Brands to buy....and what to look for when buying
And, then the recipes are easy to understand and lots of different ones for each Stages
