Yes! You should buy this book!
It is a five-star product because it makes you focus on what is important to restore and maintain good health mentally and physically.
Proper nourishment is so important. Eating wholesome, organic foods - avoiding sugar and gluten's, getting proper deep sleep - not just sleep.
This book makes you focus on what is going to make you feel great - you just have to read it!

This product works. Sometimes you need to be creative to enable it to meet your needs.
I love Embrace. I too had problems with it sticking, but remedied the problem by swabbing the treatment area twice with alcohol before applying the strips. I had areas on my legs where the skin puckered. After applying the Embrace to the puckered area, I put on L'eggs Sheer Energy and that secured the strips firmly to my skin This product works as advertised.
