Ernest goes to Hell
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I saw this film many years ago as a double bill.
I wasn't sure what to make of it as I read at the time it had started out as a comedy.
Watching today I can honestly say it's a very under rated film.
It has an eclectic cast with Ernest Borgnine giving a brilliant measured performance as the emissary of Satan.
Bill Shatner proving he's not Capt. Kirk all the time.
Some pretty good effects for its time and a cameo by Anton and Diane LaVey.
The disc also has a range of extras worth the purchase price alone.
Go on horror fans treat yourself at once , this film needs rediscovery.

Confession of a Horror Star
A seriously good outing for Michael Gough and Robin Asquith.
Asquith more familiar to fans of the Confessions films turns in a likeable performance here.
The film is of its time , but has an off kilter approach to both the shocks and the humour which should please fans.
He did some others in the same genre but this is one of the most enjoyable.
