This is a workout video
Or rather 4 videos. Good for the beginner who can start with the first one, then move on to the
next one, as they progress in competence. A very good buy. Also good for those who start up and
then fall off the exercise wagon a few months later. Very doable. No special equipment needed.

Lightweight though bit bulky
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich I love my new Vitamix. It makes a quick batch of salsa, handles multiple ingredients, including ice, for a complicated smoothie, and cleans up with a drop of dish soap.
It is slightly too tall to fit under my upper cabinets with the container sitting on top of the motor assembly. The lid is super easy to use, and is one of the nicest features. Never pops off, even with the motor on the highest speed for a several minutes.
I haven't tried making soup, nor any of the other automatic settings.
