Original product - not a one-for-all clone
Having inherited a Panasonic 50" plasma monitor, there is only so much that you can do with the on-screen menu system, controlled from the buttons. Unfortunately, I needed more than that, hence the purchase of this remote. A genuine part, it allows me to properly program and subsequently control the monitor. The remote itself seems well-made, and whilst some of the keys are quite small, the labelling is still easy to read.
It was delivered in a timely fashion by the Royal Mail, in a Jiffy bag, but with no tracking capability, I had no idea when it was due for delivery.
Either way, it carries out very successfully the task for which it was purchased.
