Do not buy - guess you get what you paid for.
I purchased Black Toner cartridge in March 2012 - I was very disappointed with it because when I do print it has black smudges on the left side of every page;not sure why this happens. My old toner cartridge was better than the new cartridge....I am very dissatisfied. Since I don't use my printer that often I feel I am stuck with toner. Can I return product? Any suggestions?
