Vivitar Remote
I got my remote for my Canon Vixia HF-G20. All the feature work except the on/off switch. The LANC remote can turn my camera on but can't turn it off. The Canon Vixia HF -G30 has a firmware upgrade to fix the problem but the G20 does not. I believe the firmware is the same for the G20 and G30 but I don't want to risk stove-piping my camera if I'm wrong. I got the remote for the zoom feature, which works well at a variety of speeds.
