Easy to use!
Positive:
Easy to use
Minor to zero sensitivity
Taste isn't bad.
Negative:
Vials are hard to get the gel out and messy
It doesn't make any sound after the 8 minute sessions, have to keep on looking the light.
Note:
Use the lip protection at all times, otherwise your lips are going to irritate and it is very uncomfortable. It does get warm.
Overall:
I recommend this product, I've seen the results and I'm not even done with the week. I'm also using the Glo Toothpaste which is recommended.
