I bought the phone so that I wouldn't have to get into a contract with my service provider. I like that the phone is heavy duty and eventhough it was used, it was in excellent (almost new) condition. The clarity of the voices of the people speaking is great. I haven't had any problems with this phone. I have only positive things to say about it.
