Challenging
I knew being a Jillian Michaels DVD it would be tough. I was surprised how challenging Level 1 was, though! (Completely doable for beginners with modifications). This is perfect for days I can’t make it to the gym! Definitely got my money’s worth.

Interesting
This is definitely different. It was enjoyable and kept me engaged. The music was quite different but the entire routine was very upbeat!
