OTC 4524 Stinger 45° Hose Clamp Plier
Value is very good but the pliers don't lock in the totally closed position! You have to keep them closed by hand pressure and that's hard when you have to twist the clamp into place. Three eighth and lower size hose clamps don't work at all. I have to use mini vice grips for them.

Have already used it to charge 2 Cell 6 volt batteries and my lawn tractor and it worked flawlessly. It's also one of the quietest chargers I have ever owned. Hope it lasts as long as the Schumacher name.
