Service is difficult
Great unit!! Had one that quit and couldn't get parts or service anywhere but Florida!!
I live in Ottawa, Canada and when one of these goes you have no hot water until a new one can arrive. Bad situation to be in especially when it happened a few days before the hurricanes hit.2-3 weeks without water.A more popular and pricier brand would have been a better option.
