Malfunction and unusable
Received the item in time but the puncture piece was detached and at the bottom of the tube, so I wasn't able to use them.

Love the easy mixing, taste and great muscle enhancement benefits!
This is my second time trying it for non athethic but muscle enhancement benefits. It's easy to mix and it's tasty. I was surprised to have gotten more muscle mass than I anticipated. It doesn't work overnight and I had to drink plenty of water after finishing the entire contents for best results. My ideal goal is 7 lbs and I've tried others but there were little to no results so I decided to retry this one. Being lactose and sugar cane intolerant this was perfect fit!
