All the function - Less money
This adapter worked well for my Lenovo S15. Plugged right in, although the plug was a little tight the first time I used it. It charged my Lenovo with no trouble. It was less expensive than anything else I looked at, but still well built. I am very happy with the purchase and the compatibility.

Great features, works very well
I purchased this to monitor my aged mother. It is a perfect solution to allow me to be in another part of the house working, yet know she is safe and well.

Very good pressure.
This is plastic, but it seems to be constructed well. It mated to the existing hand held shower head hose (This is not a shower head, and can not be mounted as one, it is an attachment that is hand held.)
The pressure is very good, and it does have a built in screen. It would seem uncomfortable on the skin with that much pressure but it isn't. It works well, I would by it again.
The one I bought only included the shower head, there are versions that include the house, wall mount, and I would suggest that style as you will have to have those other parts to use it correctly.
