challenging and engaging
I've only done level 1, but it was challenging with plenty of modifications as well as extra challenges depending on your motivation and fitness level. easy to follow. some tricky moves, but I was able to catch on quickly. I think arms are the hardest to work out, but this video really gets them (without forgetting the other muscles that go along with it and some cardio for calorie burning)!
