It works great
Paid this product as a replacement which worked instantly almost straight out of the box.

Good Quality back scratcher
This back scratcher is great value for money. There are no sharp areas, nice and smooth, nice long handle to reach the lower back areas therefore does the job scratching your itches. However, the down side is that the 2 roller massage does not work and does nothing.
