Affordable and comfortable
It replaced a really thick and old mattress pad. Was surprised to see how it gradually unfolded and increased in volume over the 4 or 5 days required to let it before using. Although it is much thinner than my old one, it was the most affordable one I could find and is quite comfortable.

from frustration and unhappiness to success
I dislike that, like just about everything now,all the information is only on line. I have had serious issues with my internet which not only made it impossible to go on line to fix issues but also, since I had set up the printer for wireless printing, to use the printer off line.
The size and weight are also a problem but it was the only printer/copier that had the features I needed for my home printer needs that was affordable.
When I was finally able to talk on the phone to a live person (rather tricky to get through the menu) the tech support person was AMAZING. I had decided that I couldn't use the printer and had been preparing to return it until I talked to him. It made all the difference.
