Sad, but True
The "Industrial" food supply is a sad substitute for nutrition, compared to what was available in America, even a mere 30 years ago.
This book is a very sobering treatise on how and why... and what we can do about it. Eat and shop, more locally grown, and food grown without inorganic chemicals, ie. no synthetic fertilizer and 'pesticides'!
