Hinges cheaper than new big seat.
It’s a bit of a bummer that when I bought my house I inherited one of these ‘space saver’ toilets and their unique toilet seats. The last one that broke 15 years ago cost £75 to replace and when a hinge snapped a few weeks ago I was determined not to pay £100+ for a big seat. These hinges were less than half the price and were easy to replace so that the big seat has been given a renewed life.
