cheaper isn't always good
I followed directions, At first I thought the water wasn't hot enough, but it was because the granules melted, I shaped them into a ball, following directions, put it in my mouth, but it didn't stay secure. It kept falling out. .I even watched the videos. .. just didn't work for me. .
