Cain & Abel at Work by Gerry Lange, Todd Domke
Since backstabbing abounds in the workplace, these authors assist the reader in coming to terms with the age old problem itself. The first half of the book allows readers to peruse individual scenarios at various places of employment. These situations give insight into the typical manipulative actions of the local backstabber's performance in the work arena.
The meat of the book lies towards the end of the work. Lange and Domke actually give the reader advice to cope with the poisonous persona while keeping a clear perspective and staying one step ahead of the backstabber.
