Broken Battery
I had just received this item today, but the battery is clearly broken. It works well, but there is one crippling issue; the battery does not work. It only functions when plugged in and charging but charges no more than 1%. I cannot unplug it or else it instantly dies, and I would like to contact the owner about this for it did not list that the battery is broken.
