excellent book for 1st time couples
Gives a great insight what's going on and what to do and what to expect.It's a really helpful book for DIY folks
1. It also goes into great details on the possible scenarios of what's going on with the body
2. It gives a really good head's up to the upcoming changes and habits
3. It also gives great insight into what to eat and avoid eating
