Since history repeats, prudence dictates that one review the past to be prepared for the future. In so doing one should read actual documents rather than anothers opinion of same...

Works as advertised - no complaints.

home remedy? Not really - no difference note after taking the product.
After trying the powder I fail to see, or feel, a notable difference. The practioners swear by it, but I'll forgo the prepared concotions and try the home grown material.
