2 von 2 finden das hilfreich This is one of only 3 P & S cameras with an optical viewfinder still readily available. (It also has a large 2.5" LCD viewfinder for viewing and reviewing if you like to use the LCD.). The camera itself was refurished by Canon. It has a 6X optical viewfinder. Current models are only 4X. Digital zoom is totally useless as all it does is capture less original pixels. You can do much beter with Photoshop or equivalent with the original image. The camera is also Image Stabilized for steadiness at long zoom ratios. The camera is 7 megapixel and image quality approaches my 6 Mp Digital SLR. Of course, it does not have the features or sensor quality of a DSLR. Main drawback is its two AA power source as this results in a less compact camera and the need to change batteries more often than a proprietary battery.
