The case is well constructed and padded.
I purchase this lens case based upon the given dimensions to accommodate a Nikon 200 - 500 lens and it is a bit small. I was able to fit the lens/lens hood and tripod mount into the case, however, it is very tight and difficult to fit and remove lens from case. Otherwise I am satisfied that the product meets the stated quality and level of construction and it is good value for the price.
