Does not work properly at all
1 von 2 finden das hilfreich I ordered this phone as a replacement for my previous smart phone. I have owned several smart phones and have bought phones in the past from Ebay and craigslist etc, and I have never had any problems. This phone, however, was a complete dud. Many of the features did not work properly. Settings would mysteriously change themselves, videos and apps did not work properly and would routinely crash. I tried resets, updates, restarts and all of the usual troubleshooting to no avail. It has been well cared for while I owned it and it has never worked right. I kept it past the return period, because I thought it would be ok, but now I'm not receiving all of my texts or notifications. So now, I will still have the expense of getting a new phone from Verizon plus going through the pain the butt of updating it and transferring my stuff and downloading my apps..... AGAIN. Save yourself time and money, this is not worth it.
