Sometimes it's the "other" thing.
Doesn't work as well as I hoped...............but it is exactly as described and does indeed serve the purpose. Perhaps my TV is getting old!

Easy to set up and use. Weather, time, space do not interfere with cardio workout..
As intense as you make it. Absolutely terrific!
