Awesome journal
This journal has a section for anything you would possibly need to keep track of for your running. From how you warm up, to where you run, to keeping track of your shoes, to any doctor visits you might have. It's outstanding! Gonna start it when my current journal ends next month.... and I WILL get another one in the future!

Great country tunes!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This cd has all their good stuff on it. It's good down'home, heart-felt music, like country should be. I loved the band and was saddened when Van passed away.
