sleep well
the Conair sleep therapy has so many sounds for anyone. we bought it to block the sounds of a barking dog next door. you can use it all night or use the 60 minute timer. it comes with a plug so you don't have to use batteries as many of the other white noise machines use, and the volume control goes from very low to quite high. I would highly recommend this machine for anyone who has trouble sleeping because of outside noises.

best defence
Since I have had a Norton product in my computer I have not had any viruses that have infected it. this new version works harder than the Norton internet and does a remarkable job protecting my computer.

abs
The ab coaster is the same machine as what is found at my senior gym where I do weight training. It is well built and now I can use it twice a day instead of three times a week. I also like the fact that the arms are adjustable and for extra resistance you can add weights to it. it has made a big difference in my abs and to my husbands delight it has finally started to tone his. I would highly recommend it if you can afford it.
