it is a nice heating pad
it is not extra long .it does not reach my lower back and i am only 5ft/10in there is no massage in the lower back just the shoulders

i hope the ink is not dried out
the carton looked all worn out like they have been around awhile i have not tried them yet if they work it will be a good deal
