Packaging on towbar
Tow bar was v. easy to fit but disappointed as spacer missing on swan neck as was left loose in box which was split on corner so could not complete fitting. Company needs to bubble wrap main crossbar and put curved spacers in sealed plastic bag like other items in kit with swan neck which was also loose in box.
