Igloo Marine Cooler
Meh! Whether it's the materials used in construction, a fault with the design or a (doubtful) faulty seal, the cooler doesn't keep as cold as I would like. I use this for camping and need a cooler that will keep a block or ice or ice cubes more than just a couple of days. I've experimented with it by putting a block of ice in it and seeing how long it will last. First attempt--1 1/2 days. I then put weather stripping around the edges of the lid and got an improvement to 2 1/2 days but am still not satisfied. The cooler in my trailer will keep a block of ice about four days so I'll experiment further to see if the Marine can be improved.
