Minted only for 6 days at the Philadelphia mint, with a total mintage of just over a million coins. The High relief was abandoned in favor of a reworked, much lower relief hub used for all subsequent years the series was produced.
A well struck example is extremely scarce! As a raw coin, ungraded by a third party grading service, this coin is rare in this condition. At this price point, perhaps unique.
