Gentle, Effective, Meditative Exercise
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich This is a wonderful DVD with very clear, easy to follow directions. I bought this because I was bored with Tai Chi. In this program the instructors go through the forms slowly with clear, spoken directions. Also, you can combine the forms in any order which I thought was a bit more creative and intuitive. I would have liked to see more of the view of the exercise from the back so I would not have to remember to use my opposite hand or foot. I also would have liked to see a menu where I could skip to a particular exercise without having to go through the DVD from the beginning. I haven't gotten through the whole program yet, but it keeps my interest and doesn't require a lot of space to do it in. All in all it is a wonderful program and I am left feeling very calm and energized.

Excellent Craftsmenship
This is a superior product offered at a great price. The quality of the frames is excellent. I expect i will get many years of use from them. Nice, tight fabric, solid wood.

Easy to Tie One On
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This Simplicity pattern is an easy one for beginners. The instructions are clear. I used just the tie pattern for a Christmas gift and made two. The only thing I would change would be the interfacing. Even using lightweight Pellon, it was still too bulky. I would use Wunder Under the next time. Still they came out beautifully.
