hard to say really
Honestly, i mistook this for the powdered variety & hasn't been optimal for my use. Not their fault, but hard to give it a proper review. I make tea with it, the tea seems alright - but generally, i take my bulk herbs in powder form, as I make my own formulas.
My mistake.

very stong. very potent.
this is the extract, so it's a much more concentrated form of your typical ginseng powder.
I could take most ginsengs all day and still REQUIRE more, but with this type - - i find i am satieated. Bang for your buck, for sure...but something more...almost like the extraction process allows the body to GET TO key nutriens within the panax gingseng, itsself.
