Nice little scale
When I first bought the scale I got it just to have. Lately I have started using it to weigh components I want to install on my drone where the weight factor is important. It has more than paid for it's self.

It would have been good if they put it together correctly
I'll make this short. I order the already constructed/put together kit. The when I used it I found one part of the operation the unit was suppose to perform did not work. I looked at the circuit board and compared it with the wiring diagram and found that they had put the wrong resister in the component location (wrong value and wrong tolerance value). I replaced the resister myself and got it to work. Then I found that one of the trimmer pots were bad, I have yet to try and replace it. Bottom line: You get what you pay for. If you want a decent scope buy a brand name.

Light years ahead of what I was using in the old days
This unit does what it says it will do. The last transistor tester I used back in the day only had a pass or fail idiot light on it and only worked on NPN or PNP transistors.
This unit has good features on it and works well for fast testing components especially if you are scraping old circuit boards and don't have a clue to what components are that you are salvaging. It works well testing components it is designed to test before using new ones on a project or repair job.
Like I said this unit is light years ahead of the old idiot light tester of yesteryear that I had used and costs 1/4th the price. Will everyone like it? It all depends on what you expect out of it and how picky you are with the results.
