Just like the picture
I received this yesterday. It only has 1 speed, it's alright. It takes 1 AA battery. The vibration isn't to high but not low either. Other than it helps when horny.

Portable heater
We really don't like it. It doesn't defrost any windows and it drains my husband truck battery when he tries to use it.

😔 Disappointing on the Cd songs
I love 90s or more music. I love barenaked ladies. But I'm disappointed because I onlh like 3 songs out of the cd. I honestly thought there be more awesome songs on it. But no. I only like 3 on the entire CD. #4 one Week #11 its all been done and #14 Pinch Me. I've never heard any of the other songs. But the cd is in awesome shape looks pretty new to be honest. Fast shipping too. I recommend these people to buy from. It's not the people I bought it from that disappointing. It's the songs themselves.
